SAC was excited to host Eric Bowers, a US high school history teacher, between March 14-18.  Mr. Bowers attended our 9th and 10th grade classes where we jointly examined the Crusades, Enlightenment, Renaissance and Reform movements.  Having these two different cultural perspectives added richness to our lessons.  Our students were exposed to an appreciation of the universal value of peace and the culture of empathy. Mr Bowers also had the opportunity to attend our school’s Çanakkale ceremony.
