On Wednesday June 8th a Sandwich Workshop was held at SAC. Director of Inovation and Gastronomy Gencer Üzümlü, from Sofra Group, prepared different sandwiches with the participation of students. He also shared information about the sandwich's history and origin of the word. Prepared sandwiches were served to the audience at the end of the event.
