The Public Speaking Club organized an activity day with the partnership of Small Projects Istanbul (SPI), a local charity that assists Syrian refugees to restart their lives here in Istanbul.  SPI sent 17 Syrian children from Ilaf School in Capa to SAC to spend the day doing various activities in Turkish.  SAC students served as big brothers and sisters to the children for the entire day, and they all participated in a relay race, scavenger hunt, water activites, and playing the drums.  The purpose of the day was to bridge different cultures, allow the students from Ilaf to interact in Turkish, and have fun.
