Göver Kazancıoğlu (MA) met with our parents on December 17th, 2016. The title of her speech was “Grow up together with your adolescent”. During her speech, she emphasized that until adolesence, parenting is a full-time job.  When adolesence starts, it should turn to a part time job. This change may impact the psychology of parenthood.  She shared some strategies with parents on setting up rules and borders to help guide adolescent behaviors.
