In December, 28 SAC students and 3 teachers participated in the CERN trip, and the first stop was Lyon. They had a wonderful time exploring the historical beauties of the city. They felt the Christmas excitement of the people. They arrived at our hotel in the evening.

The next day, they visited CERN (the European Nuclear Research Center). Our students learned about CERN’s latest developments and current research studies in the field. They learned things that will likely be covered in their textbooks, such as learning about subatomic particles.

They spent the rest of the day in Geneva.

All of our students displayed honoroable behavior, as all SAC students who go on field trip.  At every place they stopped or visited, they received recognition for their good manners.

We would like to keep organizing CERN trips in the following years. We will start planning the next trip as soon as possible.
