Our 9th graders and the teachers who accompanied them (Biology Teacher Nick Toscano and Math teacher Nilgün İpek Bal ) were informed about the dogs and how they can help them by the members of the ‘‘Huysuz İhtiyar’’ team, which is a group of volunteers who help abondened dogs. The members of the Social Service Committee went to help abandoned dogs in Polonezköy. There were around 20 cars in a chain that followed the leader of the team. The cars stopped at 15 stops until they reached the shelter. Our students helped the team by preparing food and building shelters for the dogs.
