SAC Culinary Arts Club attended the Gastronomy Symposium which took place at Özyeğin University on April 30th 2015. Our students listened to the presentations on Ottoman cuisine by Chef Vedat Başaran and Food Culture and Geographically marked products by Ayşın Işıkgece.
