Soleá took place on May 29th, 2015 in our school with the attendance of Consul of Mexico Mr. José Antonio Mendoza. Student teams from ten different schools played games in Spanish including telephone, image-word matching, memory, finding the correct answer and memorizing a tongue-twister in order to obtain points.
After the competition, SAC Band took stage and played a song for us in Spanish. Next, Darüşşafaka, ALEV and SAC Dance Clubs performed salsa shows. Some SAC teachers also took stage with surprise dance shows they had prepared.
The winner of the competition was Üsküdar American Academy while American Collegiate Institute came second and Hisar Schools came third.
