AIMS

 

The Guidance and Counselling Unit will offer students guidance, regarding  their emotinal, social, academic and professional development and psychological counselling when needed. The unit aims the students to be self confident, independent, spiritually healty and self aware, actualizing  their  full potentials.

The Guidance and Counselling Unit offers three  types of counselling to students either individually or in group studies.

    • Managing exam axiety

  • Vocational counselling

    • Providing information about the professions

    • Providing information about the Turkish Universities

Besides the activities with the students,  considering  the needs of the parents,  parents skills training programs, meetings are planned and seminars are organized.

 

The Guidance and Counselling Unit works in coorperation with the students, teachers and parents based on the volunteering, confidentiality and privacy principles.
